The marble is carved out with chisels and carving tools and coloured precious and semi-precious stones laid into the slots.
It became an integral part of Mughal architecture and was made famous by the Taj Mahal.
Inspired by nature, this exquisite floral pattern is carved out of marble and inlaid with semi-precious stones. Using the age old technique of inlay work, this box is an amalgamation of traditional handcrafting and contemporary appeal. It can be used as a jewellery box or to store Knick knacks.
