Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and abundance, sits on a engraved lotus flower . Her palms hold two lotus flowers, symbols of beauty, prosperity and fertility; and her front hands are open in abhaya mudra or ‘ fear not’ mudra.
There is an intricately carved chakra around her symbolic of abundance and blessings.
The brass Lakshmi idol weighs 930 grams and measures 4 × 2.5 inches with a height of 6.5 inches.
